BUCC is a community cricket club based in Canberra, ACT, Australia. The address and contact details are listed in the website footer.

  • Membership & player info — name, contact details, date of birth, playing role, photograph (where you provide one), match statistics.
  • Contact & sponsorship enquiries — name, email, phone, company name, message you send us.
  • Donations — donor name, email, amount, optional message. Payment is processed by a third party — we do not store card details on our servers.
  • Newsletter subscribers — email address only.
  • Technical info — IP address, browser, pages visited, basic device details captured by our web server logs.

3. How we use your information

  • To run the club, fixtures, and competitions.
  • To respond to your enquiries, applications, and donations.
  • To send match-day updates and newsletters when you opt in.
  • To maintain the security and performance of this website.

We do not sell your personal information.
